Today I took a big first step into managing my website. I transferred my Modular wordpress theme from my computer to my host server, Bluehost, using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client.
To start with I had to install an FTP client software on my computer and for this I chose Filezilla Client. This is the vehicle that will allow the file transfers between my computer and Bluehost.
For instructions on how to update my theme and how to upload it into Bluehost, I followed the instructions from mysitemyway. The only difference is that Bluehost remote site named the destination folder as “theme” not /wp-content/themes.
